Webiste Error page

I recently upgraded my broadband to Wifi 7. I then wanted to look to change over from Sky to EE TV. When I log in whether on the phone app or the website it will not let me look at the tv deals it just shows an error page. I have completed a complaint form, I called up to make EE aware as per the message and all the guide did was try to sell me things even broadband when I had literally upgraded within the few days before. All I got told on the phone was oh give it 24 hours and it will be back to normal again however I am still getting the same issues. How are people supposed to browse and possibly take out your TV if your website doesn't work and your staff don't care about it?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

I'm sorry you're unable to view the TV deals in your EE account and this would need to be fully investigated to see what could be causing this message. 

I know you have been in touch previously and have opened a complaint, if the complaint is still open, the team will get be in touch with you to discuss everything further. If you would like an update on the complaint or to discuss the error message in more detail, I would suggest getting back in touch with our technical support guides and they can see what is needed to help get this resolved.
