still asking me for device to start chat here etc. i cant buy anything without it and there is not step back to start shopping after this.

Are you a new customer? If that is the case and you are not upgradinuy g, then log out and try that way.
Are you trying to but an add-on? Then you need to be a customer of EE, before you can buy an add-on.
What device were you trying to buy?

@Mimka04 , you messaged me and you have not replied here, have you read the answer I wrote? I am customer like you and this here is not customer service. You need to log out to buy an item, but without being a contract customer, you cannot buy add-ons. Please give us more information to help you.

I am trying to upgrade but every time I choose the phone and plan the website goes back to a options page asking me if I would like to upgrade, Shop or various other options. So frustrating. I have been trying for days to upgrade.
