I joined EE in December and EVERY single time I have reied to log into my account since then it says 'Something went wrong, try again later'  EVERY single time...

I would like to know what is going on or is it just a good for nothing website from yet another company that cares nothing about actual customers, but all for customers' money...?

Welcome to the community.

If you have had this problem for a while, I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can check your account for you.

just happened again... and now even the app won't run as its under 'improvement' - total unfunny joke this company!

I did... its says "Messaging is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Also, still cannot login site via login page... and app is still undergoing improvements.   It's a total unfunny joke!

And as I was typing a prompt stopped me asking me 'tell us what you think'

Hi I called 150 and a robot voice sends me a text link to follow, then in the link it eventually tells me to call 150!!!

I still cannot login in with your EE app... it has been 'under going improvements' for 3 weeks now!!

And I still cannot login into MY ee via the login page... its says 'there seems to be something wrong, try again later' this has been the case for months!   If I go down the page and click on EE Community it logs me in, and I can then go to MY EE account.

If you call 150 and follow the options for mobile technical support, you should get the option to speak to someone.

hey will not help you, I'm afraid. I'm calling and using the chat since November 2023 and still without access to my company invoices. Technical team told me the website and app are under upgrading and it will soon be done - FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS. How is it possible???? 

you are nothing but a bad joke - did you EVEN READ MY COMMENT!  DO NOT BOTHER TO ANSWER ME!
