10 days since reporting the issue and weeks since the issue first arose and still nothing. Tech keep telling me the same thing. Useless.

They just keep telling me the same thing. The ticket is raised and they're looking into it. It'll be fixed by x date, but no. It's been weeks. Still no account access. You're a tech company and can't sort out your own tech issues. Absolute joke.

I'm sure they will Leanne. Problem is, there are still no updates, suggesting there is no fix. I'll be cancelling my contract soon anyway and changing provider, problem then solved 😂
