My Bill is also extremely high, approximately double....
and conveniently 🙄 when I try to check my Bill in the app there is a technical issue...
I'm presuming this is a billing error?

Can you clear your browser cookies and cache then try again?
If you're unable to view your bills online, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide will be able to look through the bill breakdown for you.
They'll also be able to help you with the technical issue you're facing.
