I have exactly the same issue, I am absolutely done with EE. They couldn't sort out a house move and forced me mid contract from BT to EE. Didn't transfer service on the booked day. Couldn't give me the same prices I had on BT and now try and tell me that I am subject to another 2 years despite assuring me that I would be able to change provider if I wanted to as per the original contract. And customer service is none existent. They rang whilst I was at work and got pushy when I said I wasn't at home and couldn't stay on the line. They gave me another time to call but didn't call at that time, despite me having changed my breaks so I could take their call, then when I confirmed that I worked 8-5 Monday to Saturday and they would have to call outside that time, they still tried to call when I was at work then closed my complaint down because they hadn't been able to speak to me. Thoroughly disgusted with them
