Broadband and app

Hello I recently been moved back to EE from BT, the problem I have is my account number but I can't make it work to add my broadband on the app. I've been sent a bill which is due to be paid on 28th £39.99 but I can't view it at all

I also got an email last night which said sorry to hear you are thinking about leaving which can I just clarify, I don't want to leave.... I want to stay with you

Can you please help me out...

I'm on the All Rounder package. I would like to see my bill and get things sorted as soon as possible

Your best bet is to ring customer service and speak to them about it, as we do not have access to your account and do not know who you are. They can take a look and make sure everything is ok and help sort out your account issues.
