"We can't load this right now" error on web browser and Mobile APP

EE App and web site is not reachable and always gives the "We can't load this right now" error. I tried on 3 different computers and many browers, the issue still exists. The Bent-EE is also useless and doesnt conenct to an agent long hours.

I am abroad now and need to access the invoices for my accountant. 

EE was better before.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue accessing your online account. If the issue is occurring across different computers as well as the app on your phone it does point to it being something with your account causing the issue and so will require speaking to one of our guides. 

You can call us free from abroad using Skype on the number +44 800 9566000. You can also call us on +44 7953 966150 from your phone as normal, but depending on your plan and where you are abroad there may be a cost.

Hi,

I talked to helpdesk via Skype. They provided the invoices via mail. 

Even though I dont believe, they mentioned that there is a maintenance. Because it is long time that I dont have reachability to the system via App or Web GUI. I hope you solve this problem. If not I am moving all my company accounts to other provider.

As I check this forum, there are other who has the similar issue. If EE doesnt solve such problem and if I dont have reachability to the details of my subscriptions, that is useless for me. I hope you solve the problem soon.
