What is going on with the MY EE App or website. each time I go on an log in it never shows my bill I can navigate around the app no problem but I cant see my bills. It always shows a blank page. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled but with no avail.

It's happening regally it's a crap website unless you want to upgrade that works 😮

Yep, same problem here. Cannot access the billing, but ready to sell you anything you want on "Shop"

Hi all.
Are you still having this problem this morning? I've been able to log into my personal account OK and check the bills. Could you try on a different device or browser if you're still having problems please?

After 3 hours of both trying and being on the EE messenger service I now have what I need from them.
This is a known problem with both the app and the website and EE say they are trying to fix it asap.

It's a year later and I have the same problem on both of my business account. Their understanding of asap must be different to mine.
