i cannor find the submenu of manage devide - unlock .. etc to FIND MY PUK CODE.

I have pay as u go sim.

all the answers from other topics fron years ago seeems referring to a sub-menu that I cannot find now in 2022 either in MyEE app or on website wh i'm logged in my account.

i manage to do it!!! :))

i was able to see the "desktop version" of the website on safari iphone only after i request the desktop site AND pinch to zoom in.

After that the menu was visible and everthing was easy.

I used the trick of "zoom-in" from here:

and it worked for Safari browser as well!

It's in your online MyEE Menu > Account Settings > Get my PUK.

@Lien211 You can not get the PUK code via the my ER app it’s online only.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i tried 2 mobile browsers (safari and chrome) on my iphone right now.. and even if i "request-desktop--site" I still cannot see the menu you have on that screenshot. Aparently EE site version for mobile is diferent :(((

i dont think is possible to get your PUK using just iphone mobile browsers :(((
