Hello, I'm trying to buy a data pack using my Lloyds Bank card, but the payment keeps failing. I’ve tried multiple times and in different ways, but it’s not working.
Could you please check if there’s an issue with my EE account or your payment system?
I really need this fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.

@Pegah1383 : How are you trying to buy it? In what way does it fail?
Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I've been doing everything since morning, but my internet package won't connect. I want to buy it. I try every time. It says there's a problem. The cost isn't being charged. My internet won't activate. What should I do?
