Hi I am a small business user . i can log on to my account but it keeps saying, sorry we cant retrieve you details right now. I,ve rang technical and was told its an ongoing problem some users face and maybe it'll be fixed within a week or maybe two weeks.
sounds a bit of an odd reply ?

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to access your bills. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon for you. The business support team on 150 will be able to send you a paper copy in the mean time, if you need it urgently.
