On the website it says "Messaging is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."  Why and for how long?  Need to contact EE online.  Unable to use either mobile phone network of landline.

Thanks.  I'll give the website a go.  Only got landline internet connection at the moment, so Skype or similar might work.  Account issue.  200GB of data has disappeared over night leaving me with 0.0GB.....!

Do you know what your monthly billing date is? Will paying on the 9th make your payment late?
