Hi @Tonksy123 

Mine works. It comes up with EE but does nothing, then eventually the finger print icon does come up and works fine. 

What problems are you having?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Tonksy123 - the Android version of the app, 5.15.3, is working as expected, tested on WiFi and EE 4G
