Hi guys.
Maybe I want to "upgrade" my mobile plan but I can not do it.I can not see any plan because webside of EE is not working well as usually.Someone can solve this problem?
Always I get "internal server error" when I try to "watch" the mobile plan.

Hi @flydomi1 We don't have an option to send a copy of our sim only plans by PDF, but if you pop into an EE store, they'd be able to show you our plans, and physically show you some phone options.
I completely understand that calling may not be the right option for you, but heading to one of our stores may be a better option.

Have you checked your main online account and the EE app? If so, are both options not showing the information you need?

Sorry for the late response.
The EE App and the EE website is not working well.I mean when I want to check the "Sim Plans" or the "Uprades" then the website is writeing:Internal Server Error.
It happens always.It seems the EE website is not working correctly a long time ago.
So this problem started a long time not now.So I think EE needs to fix own website.
And I do not want to call anyone or go to one of the EE shop to see "sim plans" or "upgrades".

Yes I did it.
Nothing work.EE website is "disastrous".
As I told the EE app also not working properly on the mobile phone.
The problem is same.Internal Server Error.

If you are getting this error using the app and the EE account online, please get in touch with our tech guides on 150 and they will get this looked into for you and see what is needed to resolve the error. The team can also go through upgrade options with you 🙂

My english is basic.So the communication can be difficult.
