is the EE website the worst site of the mobile giants ?

This site is appalling.

Anything you want to change online is literally impossible to do, it just spins or blocks you.

i have 4 lines and have been a customer for 7 years.

i wanted to change my spend caps and have tried 13 times in the last 4 weeks.

This is not the only problem i have had, every change is almost impossible.

Awful

@gb190   It works for me.   Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies?

Never bloody works nor the app, only works when you don’t need it, typical

No it’s not, red triangle as usual

If you are experiencing issues with your online account please report this to our technical care team on 150. 

The team can refresh your account to see if this resolves the issue. If this does not they can then look into this further.
