i feel like i have joined the EE community or else i doubt id be writing this message but it is still requesting that i add a device or join th community...any ideas? thanks in advance

@Aaronh9521 , if you are not already a customer and are wanting to join EE as a customer, please log out and then you can order a device or a SIM card.

If you are wanting to get an accessory, then you have to either have a phone contract or sim only contract to do so.
