 There is no email address for customer support as emails are too slow to deal with customer issues, 

If you want to speak with customer support you need to call.

@Ashrey  No,  EE don’t use what’s app as that’s a social media platform and it’s suitable for customer support issues.  

Have you logged in to your online EE account to make sure you’re selecting the package you want.  ?  EE don’t choose what you are getting on your account that’s a you option.
