I have a similar issue with EE just like @Kevindye1981
I got a Samsung from EE with a family and friends discount and I was told the discount will start at the next billing but I have been made to pay the full amount even after several complaints. I am still yet to get this resolved after 10 months and get my refund. I am really bitter about this experience.
