Can anyone from ee tell me whats going on their app hasn't worked for atleast 3 weeks and someone from ee said they would call me back regarding another issue 2 weeks later im still waiting for his call 🤔

Have you made sure you have the latest version? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
I have found that exiting the app and getting it up again it works, have not needed to uninstall and reinstall.
If this does not work, you could ring customer service and ask them to reset your account.
