app doesn't seem to be working on the app or website

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening another web browser? 

If this has been tried and you still get the same message, please give us a call and the team will get the EE account looked into to see what could be causing this message, and help you with the upgrade.

Yeah I've tried that. Tried updating the software on my phone. Clearing the
cache etc
