content lock, porn sites blocked

all the porn sites are suddenly blocked on my phone and the content lock wont accept my debit card, how do i get this sorted

You need a credit card to prove that you are over 18. Even a child can have a debit card.

@ythguanluke   You have to be speaking within customer services to pay the refundable token.    Or you can go to an EE store with photo ID and they’ll help with this.
