Can't authenticate my new debit card

I've tried to add my new debit card to my account for my PAYG and am having problems.  I've entered the new number, expiry etc etc but when it comes to the additional payer authentication where it connects to my bank for me to confirm it, nothing happens.  There is a grey square and it says the 'this content is blocked  - contact the site user to fix the issue'? I am baffled.  How am I supposed to add my card if I can't authenticate it? This is the only site I've had any issue with, the card is working fine everywhere else. Thanks in advance!

What kind of card is it? Is it a UK bank card?
