Logging in

Unable to login to MyAccount

So, I login and it asks me to confirm my number -  I enter my number and it tells me it's registered to a different email address (it shouldn't be!). I'm not sure how to resolve,  any help?

Payment

Cannot pay through my ee website or app. Both decline a card that has more than enough funds, for no reason I can see on my end.

Current Usage

When I try to see my current usage on both the app and web I just get a blank page. Can anyone help or is this an EE problem
