Somebody at EE needs to sort out the bug on the online website whey trying to upgrade! It is broken and have been for months. There are loads of post complaining of the same thing - but nothing is ever done to correct it? It is impossible to upgrade with EE online. Why? What is your agenda EE? Is it to force customers to phone you? It is so bad I am determined to get this rectified - it is dreadful that a huge company hiding behind BT treats Customers like this. Please, please, please do something about it!!!!

The majority of online upgrades go through without a hitch. What problem are you having? Are you given any error messages? Have you tried using a different device or browser?
