Account renewal.

After my account renewed, both the app and internet says I have zero data minutes and text. An obvious mistake. How do I get this corrected? 

More than 3 users

I have just joined EE from BT.  They could only add 3 out of 4 family members to my account.  They cannot seem to add a fourth.  Has anyone had this issue and how did they solve it?
