doesnt recognise my login

NEW APP

I'm on PAYG and downloaded the new app today.  The only thing I use the app for is to view my balances for minutes, texts and data.  So it's annoying that these features are not included within the new app, therefore making it useless for my requirem...

Finding it hard to actually go in and see stuff on the app, like usage ?it keep asking me to add mobile no to account which I've done 

Unable to gift data

Hello, I'm trying to gift data but no joy, both on the app and website. I've tried deleting the cache and data on the app but this made no difference.Is there an issue with EE?  Thanks
