EE app and website

Irritating app

I used the chat feature on the app now there’s a number saying one unread notification and I’ve tried everything to get rid of it. Deleing app, turning off notifications, any help. It’s really annoying.

Want to get a data bundle. But every time I go to get it maintenance is running on here or my banking app.Miss the old days when nothing was shut down for maintenance

Hi. I was with EE on a business tariff fir many years. After moving to Sky for a 9 month period, I'm now back yo EE. I've logged in to My EE app, but it says my account is closed. How do I rectify this please
