Problems adding new card

Hi guys, 

I have already read through your solutions to adding my new card details as this was a struggle at first and not layed out easy on the site as it used to be. Thanks so i found it added new card and straight away when it accepted my card it came up ERROR, I went back then checked again what details where in and it's saying Error can't complete right now, and log in, I'm already logged in its telling me. Is this just a technical difficulty today or is anyone else struggling with this simple task? Thanks in advance

Could you try doing this on a different device or browser and let me know if you still get the same problem?

I received confirmation emails it had been successfully and I checked my app and details again. All is good 👏
