I can’t log onto the app and I need to gift data to my daughter who is away! Can this be done on the website? Very frustrating

Unable to claim a free boost

When I try to claim my latest free boost, I get the two boxes with 50 minutes or 500MB but am unable to click either of them. Never had trouble in the past.
