Hi I am in Japan and live in Scotland iv been trying to gift my daughters data while here and all week it has says there's maintenance getting done on the app . Now forgive me if I'm wrong but come on it doesn't take nearly a week to do maintenance on an app I can't get on at all this is ridiculous

Thanks for coming here.
Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.

When you are in a country, like Japan, where you cannot use your UK allowances when your allowances refresh on your billing date you may no longer gift data until you return to the UK.
