Resolved! Cant log you in yo upgrade

Log in to the app fine. Go to shop to see upgrade options, continually get the message as per screen shot. just a joke, site and app are dire

Resolved! EE WEBSITE

It lets me log in to my EE app but if I click anything like ‘see upgrades’ or anything that takes it to the website, it gives an error & ‘unable to log in at this time’ but the app logs in perfectly fine. Is this a known issue?

Help Tab not working on APP

The Help tab on my EE app is not loading. it just shows two dots.All other functions are working and have tried this one 3 different wifi connections and still have the same issue,How do i get help when i cant even load the help tab.Jon
