Thanks for coming here. 

If you go to the basket on the EE Shop, and select 'Edit basket' you should have a bin image showing and when selected you can delete the package.

Did you try refreshing the page? Could you try a different device or browser please?

Hi Leanne,

I am having this problem. There is no option to ‘edit basket’ or bin image. There is only option to edit items in the basket which takes you the check your details screen. I have tried using a different browser and device and still unable to empty basket. 
 Please help

I'm also having the same problem. I'm logged in to my EE account, changed my mind on the upgrade - but there is no way to empty my basket and start again.

I've refreshed the page, tried chrome and safari...

Not a great experience after years with EE

Have you tried editing the basket? Does a delete option show?

Nope.  If I click edit it takes me to the check your details page.

Can you try clearing all cookies and cache and opening a new web browser after this, does this work for you?
