I need to check my bill and look at possible upgrade but it says I’m not the account holder. I’ve been with EE for years with the account always in my name and paid by me.
I’ve called about this issue before and promised it would be rectified but without success. I don’t have access to manage my phone number (either on website or app) to change from a user to bill payer.
is there any way round this as calling EE hasn’t helped in the past.

I am sorry to hear this was not resolved for you, to get this looked into you would need to get back in touch with our mobile guides. They will have account access to change this for you.
