Am having trouble logging in to the,,it’s a load of rubbish.av bin in ee shop and couldn’t help me gave me phone number to call,I have done so and still cannot access my app .when I was with sky ther app was so simple to access.I wish I never left

They told me it was supposed to be shorted but it’s not.so not happy at all
