I needed to change the parental settings as the kids devices are set for school hours, however as it's school holidays they all kicked off when the devices switched of, YOUR APP TO ALTER IT IS DOWN!! 

why in the hell can't you tie the app functions to the router hub (192.168.etc) instead of having half the functions tied to a stupid failing app?

BT had everything I needed on their router hub so you wasn't forced to use there app unless you wanted too.

 

IVE had enough trouble trying to do open NAT settings for three xboxs (impossible on your network


) the other two stupid hubs or whatever they are keeping losing connection my sky glass needing resetting every time the router resets AND NOW THIS.  I've been with you 11 days and every day is a new problem.    your not great as a broadband supplier are you MR BACON and EE

@enragedbadgerz  So your argument is how you forgot to change a few settings and you think it’s EEs fault.   What EE do with accounts and when they do that especially at 2am ( that’s when your posted ) is up to them.   They do this because it doesn’t disturb the majority of customers because its 2am.    The App is a link to your account so when accounts are offline the app is effective also.    

Just to add I’ve been an EE BB customer for over 6 years and had no issues.
