Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to see my billing, on the app says click manage which I did and then says click billing but after clicking manage the option or even word billing NEVER IS THERE, NO EXISTING!! THEN I GO TO WEBSITE CLICK MANAGE THEN BILLING DOES COME UP AS A OPTION BUT EVERY TIME I'VE CLICKED ON IT ALL THAT EVER COMES UP IS..... "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" REFRESH OR TRY LATER, BEEN DOING THIS EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS FOR 2 MONTHS AND STILL CAN'T ACCESS MY BILL!!! **bleep** IS GOING ON

Log into the app - person icon in the corner - scroll down to link a product.

When you log into the app you should see a yellow box with your bill.
Or under manage a box spraying "billing" .
If this doesn't show up then you have not set up your account correctly or registered your number.

EE was supposed to have set it up, how do I do it then, cos as you stated there is no box saying billing
