Hello all,
Desperately looking for some assistance here.
I signed up to EE broadband back in March, no problems with the service itself.
However on trying to log into my online account initially I had a number of issues. At first my email address had been noted incorrectly so there was nothing linked to my account, then that was amended but was unable to log in at all on any platform with various error messages being displayed. After several phone calls with no resolution it was suggested I make a new email address and creat a new online account.
This worked a charm and i was finally able to log into the EE website, however I have no products linked to my account.
I have followed the process and tried to link my product with the GB number I was provided with but I get a message saying they can't find the account.
I've tried 020 instead of GB and just the account number itself but i just get error messages saying its the wrong amount of numbers.
The customer service guys have been great but I still have no resolution and the line has been dropped the last twice I have called.
Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!! Ty.
