I've been trying view my bills trying update my phone on the app but its constantly saying they working to improve app.
I'm thinking of giving up soon at this rate

Welcome to the community.
We did update the app within the last couple of weeks. Could you try deleting the app and re-downloading it? Hopefully it they works for you.

I had same issue. Went to apps in settings and had to enable the app, working now.
