I would like to check my data etc but EE app has been down for a long time.
i also would like to leave EE. My contract ends next month.

You can check your allowance by texting AL or BALANCE to 150. If you want to give 30days disconnection notice then call CS on 150 to do so.
Otherwise request a PAC or a STAC depending whether you want to retain your number.

If you want to leave you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice.

If you are unable to access your My EE app, can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?
If you would like to cancel the contract, please call us on 150 🙂
