I logged into me EE account online to check my phone bill - the webpage said "Your Account is now Closed. View Final Bill". However, I have not closed my account and have been paying for roaming for the last two weeks, and my final bill is up to date. I'm very confused as to why my account has apparently been closed?

I am not sure why you would be getting this error message.
Have you previously been able to access your EE account OK?
Our customer care team on 150 will be able to investigate this further for you and get you logged in.
