I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your reception, I can imagine it's very frustrating for you.
You can check if there are any issues affecting your area on our service status checker web page.
If you have access to WIFI, you can access WIFI calling to make and receive calls and text messages.
Could you try restarting your phone and then checking to see if you have a signal please?
