On the app it's showing my old PAYG number - I wanted to keep it but the EE site was so difficult to navigate I gave up and just got a new number with a pay monthly contract.
Downloaded the EE app hoping to keep track of my data use and it's only got my old number. I've added my number on my profile but that's not fixed it, am I just being thick?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
