Tried several over the past month just saying there is been work done mobile date not working most the time either

@Franna1 , @jasonrmortimer , @Loz36 , is this to do with the app or the website itself?
If it is the app, try clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, otherwise you will have to ring customer service to get them to reset your account.
