@JasperEnigma , what are you trying to do? Have you just installed the latest My EE App? Then you do have to register again, that is log-in, or is this the first time you are trying to register? If the latter when did you set up your account?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
