Hello everybody :))
I got a new broadband contract with EE since may,
but I tried to buy also a mobile contract associated to same account Failing many time.
EE simply seems to think I am not same person and so it doesn’t allow me to shop offer.
is there anyway I can try to connect the 2 accounts? Thank you

Welcome to the community,
How have you tried to do this? Have you rang customer service, as they are very helpful and will be able to sort you out a mobile contract.
This would count as a new contract, not an upgrade, you would still be able to use the same log-in details address etc, which is the right way to go about it.

@MGM980 You first need to purchase a phone on a contract you’ll get a separate account for that you’ll then be able to link both accounts together.

If you are logged into your MyEE for BB alone when you go to the EE online Shop it assumes you already have a mobile contract with EE & only offers you either an upgrade to a contract you don't have or an additional mobile line when you don't even have a 1st mobile line. A nonsense I know! So it is impossible to buy a mobile phone or SIM contract while logged in to your MyEE for BB alone.
The answer is to go to the EE online Shop when not logged in to your MyEE, buy the mobile phone or SIM contract you want & then add it to your existing MyEE for BB.
