Data Gifting

Hi,

I've just added the unlimited data add on a few days ago as I ran out of data. I thought I'd be able to gift my daughter some data but the app tells me I haven't got enough data or that there's a problem and to try again later. I've been trying for several days now.

Any suggestions?

Are you using the new or the old app? It will also depend when you added the unlimited data. You may need to speak to customer service, You may only be able to gift data after your next billing date.

Thanks for this, I reinstalled the app a couple of days ok. My billing date us the 23rd so a few more days and I should be OK, hopefully. I was thinking maybe it'd sort itself out then. If not I'll call them or if my daughter needs to have data before then.
