Hi, since updating My EE app, I can’t open the app, it keeps sending me to a web site to log in, it then says there’s a problem. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it…… any ideas?

Are you able to log in on the website?

 

Do you get an error message?

thanks for getting back to me, when I open the app it takes me to a web page to log on, it then shows an error, I can log on the web page with my browser but not through the app

I'm not sure why it would be doing this, especially after you've already uninstalled it.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.
