why is app account no longer linked to mobile account and wont let me connect it

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure what would cause it to unlink. If you get the same issue when you log into the EE Online desktop site, I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Support team to see if it's something we can fix from our side.
