Black Friday Sim Only deals not working on website

The sim only deals for Black Friday 2025 isn't working on your website.  I have a relative who's trying to purchase a plan but is constantly seeing this error message:  "We're fixing a few things right now"

We've tried different browsers so it must be on ee's side.  Could you please forward this to the relevant team.  Many thanks for your help

Welcome to the community.

I can't see any immediate errors when I view the plans on https://ee.co.uk/mobile/sim-only-deals.

If I can take a few more details, I'll see if I can replicate it and get it reported.

Can I take the link for the page where you are seeing the error?

Is it as soon as you click to view the SIM Only plans or as you are going through the order after putting it in your basket?

Are you logged into your EE account when you see the error?

turns out it was a browser issue.  I cleared the cookies and all is working fine now.  Many thanks
