I have anxiety and don't like phone calls and struggle understanding i have always relied on chats rather than AI crap they try and shove everyone on.
I have been an EE customer since 2016, im due an upgrade which i want sim only, with nhs discount and less data.
I currently pay £37 a month unlimited data, with netflix, im told as running end of my contract from november it will go to £42 a month?? No explanation for rise here.
So i look at upgrades to get it cheaper, they only offer 24 months everywhere (i want a 12 month or single month but nevermind can cope with that)
They falsely make every package look cheaper by saying it's £21 a month but was £42 yet its only for 6 months so after 6 months its £42 not 'was £42'. It's gone a complete con with expenses.
In order for me to stay with EE i have on 7 occasions tried to start a chat with them. I am met with a bot which eventually says is a '3 hour wait to chat to someone' i stupidly wait this time and then 5 hours late still don't hear from anyone, so when i give up the next day i go on open chat someone finally replied and therefore shuts the chat as no reply.
Communication options have gone awful, prices are a rip off and you can't use the NHS perks woth the '6 months of £21'.
I cant speak to anyone i need to upgrade as im not paying more, im seriously considering getting my Pac code and going elsewhere.

Hi @Omanuel94
On the SIM only page you can change your options here:
If you want to use your NHS discount you'll need to consider a deal without a discount as you can only use one discount at a time.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hello @Omanuel94.
I am sorry to hear of your recent experience.
I can see @Northerner has provided you with a screenshot on how you can view different fixed terms.
Have you been able to select a plan that is not discounted and successfully apply your NHS Perk code?
Katie
