Unable to access online business account on browsers or EE mobile app. Username and password are correct. Have tried multiple browsers, two computers and 3 different broadband providers.

Contacted EE on live chat and they have stated that it is a known issue that has been on going for two weeks but they are trying to fix it. They are unable to provide a time frame. This sounds very familiar to other issues I have seen on this community and is not the device or browsers that I am using.
Is anyone else having this problem? Has EE provided the same information about?
EE - why are there no information or outage messages on your website for such a serious issue for business customers who are needing to access their billings and to run a business!! It is not practical to be calling and speaking to an advisor. Can you shed more light and a timescale please?

If you speak with our Business Support team over the phone, they'll be able to look into this and log a complaint against your account.

I spoke to your support team and they confirmed that this issue has been on-going for over 6 months. There is no ETA for when the issue will be fixed and only way for me to get copies of my bills is to call up and request it to be emailed to me. This is completely shocking and really not acceptable. As a small business we are not able to order additional devices online or control our settings etc.
Is there are wider issue with EE that you are not letting your customer know about?
